Contact HITS.
Our next conversation.

Tell us what your aircraft must do and what your operator needs to see. We will discuss camera options and the requirements that matter for integration. You can contact HITS by email, telephone or WhatsApp, and a technical reply comes from the engineering team rather than a sales desk.

Where we are

One group,
several sites.

Head office and hydrogen research sit in Shanghai, payload development is in Shenzhen, and production runs across three bases. Pins show the district or city of each site rather than a street-level position.

What happens next

A focused technical conversation.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Review the mission

We discuss your application and identify the platform details needed for camera selection.

02 / EXPLORE

Compare the options

We review relevant sensor combinations, gimbal structures and available configurations.

03 / PLAN

Define the next step

We clarify evaluation requirements and discuss quotation, quantities and procurement timing.

The people who answer sit next to the line, so a question about stabilisation or sensor pairing goes to the engineers who build and calibrate the units.

Deciding between EO, thermal and EO/IR is easier against a real turret: we can compare the channels on a unit rather than in a brochure.

Send the airframe and the mission. You get back the payload class, the interface, and what an evaluation unit and timeline would look like.
Before you enquire

Common questions.

Can I contact HITS before my specification is complete?

Yes. Start with your application, aircraft and what the operator needs to see. We can discuss which requirements should be confirmed before selecting a payload for evaluation.

Do you support OEM and custom UAV camera projects?

We discuss standard products, OEM configurations and custom requirements. The available approach depends on your platform constraints, required capabilities and feasibility review.

Can you help me choose between EO, thermal and EO/IR?

Yes. Tell us about the task, lighting conditions, viewing distance and information needed. We can compare the relevant imaging options in the context of your mission.

How do I ask about samples, pricing and lead times?

Send the configuration or requirement, the intended evaluation, the expected quantity and the schedule. Stock configurations ship from one unit and are paid by T/T; custom configurations are built to order with a minimum of 100 units. Warranty is one year from delivery, with engineer support online.

Do you work with distributors and system integrators?

Yes. HITS works with UAV manufacturers, system integrators, distributors and professional project teams. Include your company and the types of platforms or customers you support.
