1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing hitsuav.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

2. About this website

The site presents our industrial UAV camera families, EO/IR gimbal payloads, laser designator pods and supporting technology pages. It is provided for information and for initiating commercial contact. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not create a binding supply contract.

3. Use of the website

• You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation and procurement work.
• You may not copy, republish, frame or mirror substantial parts of the site for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its administration area or its servers, or interfere with its normal operation.
• You may not use automated tools to harvest content or contact data from the site.
• You are responsible for keeping any account credentials you are given confidential.

4. Product information and specifications

Specifications, images, dimensions, weights, ranges and performance figures on the site are indicative and are derived from our product documentation. Product development is continuous, and components or parameters may change without notice.

Before a specification becomes contractual, it must be confirmed in writing by our engineering team and stated in the applicable quotation or supply agreement. Some published options are configuration dependent and are only available on selected models.

5. Quotations, orders and contracts

• A quotation is valid for the period stated in it, or for 30 days if no period is stated.
• An order is accepted only when we issue a written order confirmation.
• Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed in the order confirmation.
• Payment, delivery, warranty and return conditions are those stated in the order confirmation or the supply agreement, and those terms prevail over anything on this site.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, product photography, technical illustrations, layouts, logos, product names and downloadable documents, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and design law.

Nothing on this site grants a licence to use our trademarks, model designations or product imagery except with our prior written consent. Model designations and product names are used for identification only.

7. Export control and compliance

Our products may be subject to export control, end-use and sanctions regulations. By contacting us about a product you confirm that you will comply with all applicable export and import laws, and that you will not use or transfer our products for prohibited purposes.

We may require end-user information, end-use statements or an import licence before quoting, shipping or providing technical data, and we may decline a transaction where the applicable regulations require it.

8. Third-party links and content

The site may link to third-party websites, videos and documents. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content and we are not responsible for it, for its accuracy, or for the way it handles your data.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties relating to the site, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in these terms affects the warranty terms agreed for a delivered product.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where a supply agreement contains its own governing law clause, that clause prevails for the supply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your visit is the version that applies. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
